Web Applications

Web applications built around how your team works

When spreadsheets, paper forms and copy-paste start slowing your team down, a custom web application brings everything into one place. We build tools that fit your process, not the other way round.

What is included

Workflow mapping

We document how work flows today and agree what the application should do first.

User roles and access

Staff, managers and customers each see only what they need.

Dashboards and reports

The numbers you check every week, available without building a spreadsheet.

Data migration

We import your existing records from spreadsheets or older systems.

Secure hosting and backups

Deployed on reliable hosting with regular backups of your data.

Staged releases

We launch the most important features first, then add more based on real use.

How we work

How a project works with us

You always know what stage your project is in, what it costs, and what happens next.

  1. Step 1: Discover

A short call to understand your business, the problem and who will use the product. No cost, no commitment.

You get: a summary of what we heard and next steps.

  2. Step 2: Scope

We write down features, timeline and price. Anything not in the scope is discussed before it is added.

You get: a written proposal and fixed milestones.

  3. Step 3: Build

We build in small stages and share working previews so you can give feedback early. Revisions are agreed per milestone.

You get: regular updates and a preview link.

  4. Step 4: Launch & Support

We deploy, hand over access and documentation, and stay available for fixes and improvements.

You get: a live product and an optional support plan.

Web Applications: common questions

Should I build custom software or buy an existing product?

If an existing product fits your process well, it is usually cheaper, and we will tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your process is a real advantage or existing tools force costly workarounds.

Will it work on mobile phones?

Yes. We build responsive web applications that work in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers, with no app store install needed.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we usually recommend it. We start with the most important workflow, launch it, and add features in later stages.

Who owns the code and data?

Ownership of the source code and your data is agreed in writing before the project starts.
